To transmit knowledge is to take the time. The time to explain a balance, to refine a technique, to convey why a decision matters as much as the result.
This commitment is expressed daily, within the teams as well as through the masterclasses. It reflects a deep attachment to expertise, precision and continuity.
An immersive masterclass by Philippe Tayac
A special moment, designed to share a vision, a set of standards, and a way of approaching creation. The session takes place in a deliberately intimate setting, fostering exchange, observation, and practice. Each participant receives dedicated, focused, and committed support throughout the process.

Welcome with a signature coffee. A time to enter the world of the House and set the stage for the session.

A creative workshop guided by the Chef. Each participant creates their own piece, step by step, under his watchful eye.
Talk & coffee
A privileged exchange with the Chef. His journey, vision, way of thinking about pastry and the overall experience.
The signature
Participants receive an apron signed by the Chef. The creation made during the session accompanies each participant.
