Creations by Philippe Tayac
Philippe Tayac does not think of his profession as a function, but as an architecture. Very early on, he went beyond the framework of pastry making to question what surrounds the gesture: space, rhythm, detail, the way in which a place is experienced as much as it is looked at.

Philippe Tayac views his profession as architecture
This expanded reading gives birth to a House: built with the same rigor as one builds that of a silhouette: with its cut, its fit, its balance.

Every decision is born from a clear intention to give form to a lasting emotion.
Philippe Tayac's universe is constructed as a coherent whole, guided by the same requirement for continuity and interpretation. The gaze is deliberately slowed down.
Surfaces, lines, and shadows become points of focus. The place is revealed in fragments, almost tactilely. Nothing is left to chance.

Matter & Perception
The relationship with materials occupies a central place in the world of Maison Tayac. It is not about decoration, but about the sensation and interpretation of a space. Surfaces, textures, and light are designed to guide the eye, slow the pace, and encourage more attentive perception. Wood, stone, textiles, and glass interact without ever imposing themselves, serving an overall balance. Detail is not ornamentation. It is a point of equilibrium, a silent precision that supports the whole.

The palm tree
The palm tree is not simply a logo. It serves as a reminder of a requirement: to endure, to remain true to one's principles, and to resist fleeting trends. A tree of longevity, it traverses spaces without ever losing its center. It accompanies projects without confining them.
Philippe Tayac photographed this palm tree himself in the Maldives. A suspended moment, where the form imposed itself with undeniable clarity. In Maison Tayac, the palm tree is not a graphic symbol. It is a point of reference.

Places designed as signatures
Nice, Cap 3000, Cannes and Monaco extend a unique vision, set within distinct frameworks.
Opening of the first store
Originally from Nice, Philippe Tayac naturally chose Nice to open his first establishment.
This place marks the birth of Philippe Tayac Pâtisserie and immediately affirms a clear intention: To build a space conceived in its entirety, beyond the mere culinary offering.
CAP 3000 Opening
Located in the heart of Cap 3000, Maison Philippe Tayac is situated in a lively and busy environment.
This space allows you to discover the Maison's creations at a more everyday pace, while maintaining the same level of exacting standards and precision. It's an address designed to accompany everyday moments, without compromising on quality or artistry.
Opening of the tea room in Cannes
Opened in 2024, the Maison Philippe Tayac in Cannes marks a new dimension in the Maison's journey.
Larger than its predecessors, it now houses a tea room for the first time, along with a selection of savory dishes. Conceived as a place for relaxation and leisure, the space invites guests to settle in, take their time, in an environment that extends the Maison's atmosphere.
Opening in Monaco
By establishing a presence in Monaco in the spring of 2025, Philippe Tayac is making its mark in a territory with international reach. This presence is a natural continuation of the Maison's journey. Monaco is a logical addition.
