Through illusion, the pistachio reveals itself to be a generous and subtle creation.
It consists of a soft sponge biscuit, a pistachio crisp, and a smooth pistachio cream.
The whole thing is enhanced by a whipped vanilla ganache and a white chocolate glaze.
Composition
Soft pistachio biscuit (gluten-free), pistachio cream, homemade pistachio praline and pistachio whipped ganache. Coated in a thin layer of white chocolate and cocoa butter.
